Overview
Bronze, Silver & Gold service agreements include full inspection of the condition of all
covered components, their electrical connections (excluding mains supply) and their ability to perform the task
for which they were intended.
During the visit comprehensive system checks will be made on the
Bronze, Silver & Gold service agreements including the following:
- Operation check on all devices.
- Ensure all devices are clean.
- Changes to system requirements.
- Ensure customer is conversant with system.
Night tests: applicable normally to external CCTV systems. The number of night tests is normally calculated as being half the number of maintenance visits, i.e, two site visits per year will include one night test.The test usually carried out in occurrence with the maintenance visits.
BRONZE LEVEL
24 Hours response.
- Parts will be charged for when outside normal warranty.
- Access to our 24 hours emergency response service.
- Call- outs will be charged at the prevailing rate.
- Equipment documentation retained on file.
SILVER LEVEL
Inspection, test & labour cover.
No call-out or labour charge.
- Two preventative maintenance visits per year.
- Test and adjust equipment.
- Report on the correct functioning.
- Report on defects requiring attention.
- Access to our 24 hours emergency response service.
- Call-outs will be carried out free of charge.*
- Equipment documentation retained on file.
- Parts will be charged for when outside normal warranty.

GOLD LEVEL
Inspection, test, labour cover & replacement of defective parts.
No call-out or labour charge.
- Two preventative visit per year.
- Test and adjust equipment.
- Report on the correct functioning.
- Repair or replace any defects requiring attention.
- Access to our 24 hours emergency response service.
- Call-outs and labour will be carried out free of charge.*
- Updating the list of key holders to the authorities.
- Equipment documentation retained on file.
- All repairs and replacements of defective parts to be carried out
free of charge.
