OVERVIEW
Bronze, Silver & Gold service agreements include full inspection of the condition of all
covered components, their electrical connections (excluding mains supply) and their ability to perform the task
for which they were intended.
During the visit comprehensive system checks will be made on the
Bronze, Silver & Gold service agreements, including the following.

| Device current | Battery capacity and standby time |
| Ensure all devices are clean | Operation check on all devices |
| Masking or detector obstruction | Changes to system requirements |
| Ensure customer is conversant with system | Remote signalling test (if applicable) |
| Vocaliser test (if applicable) | Communicator test (if applicable) |
BRONZE LEVEL
Inspection & test
- One preventative visit per year*.
- Test and adjust equipment.
- Report on the correct functioning.
- Report on defects requiring attention.
- Access to our 24 hours emergency response service.
- Call- outs will be charged at the prevailing rate.
- Updating the list of key holders to the authorities.
- Equipment documentation retained on file.
- Parts will be charged for when outside normal warranty.
*: Two if the system is monitored by central station.
SILVER LEVEL
Inspection, test & labour cover.
No call-out or labour charge.
- One preventative maintenance visits per year.*
- Test and adjust equipment.
- Report on the correct functioning.
- Report on defects requiring attention.
- Access to our 24 hours emergency response service.
- Call-outs will be carried out free of charge.**
- Equipment documentation retained on file.
- Parts will be charged for when outside normal warranty.

**: Exclusion will apply.
GOLD LEVEL
inspection, test, labour cover & replacement of defective parts.
No call-out or labour charge
- One preventative visit per year.*
- Test and adjust equipment.
- Report on the correct functioning.
- Repair or replace any defects requiring attention.
- Access to our 24 hours emergency response service.
- Call-outs and labour will be carried out free of charge.**
- Updating the list of key holders to the authorities.
- Equipment documentation retained on file.
- All repairs and replacements of defective parts to be carried out
free of charge.
